Last year, he was an artist on major international tours with Newsboys and 7eventh Time Down. “It boosted my fanbase. I had a radio single, “Long Way To Go,” with Audio Adrenaline that was big on Christian radio… I believe that God did all of those things to try to elevate my platform so that I could reach them with an original message from Him.”
He remembers a conversation with Michael Tait, the lead singer of Newsboys, who said, “Being in front of all these people all the time, signing all these autographs, taking pictures, people treating you like royalty every day, it’s going to change you. It’s going to make you different so you have to be able to remember what the main, important things are.”
Young Noah says that when he began making music for Christ, he was doing it with the goal of ministering to the listeners and sharing the love of Jesus with them. On May 29th, he released three formerly unreleased albums from around 2010, and says that their message is potent.
“You could just tell I was flowing in the Holy Spirit. It was too good to keep to myself. I was like, ‘Man, people need to hear this, because I think this is my best work.’”
Young Noah believes that the content of these three projects he is about to release is crucial to today’s time. He thinks that many people are losing their devotion to Christ. “Everybody wants to be socially accepted. Nobody wants to be corrected. Nobody wants any accountability. Every Christian just wants to be able to be free, do their own thing.”
