If he could make a video for one song that he hadn’t made a video for, it would be Lecrae’s “Just Like You” from his 2010 album Rehab. “The treatment [for the music video] that we wrote and submitted [to Reach Records] was really dealing with how people become who they are as adults. There’s a lot of things that we all went through as children that really affected us… I really believe that ‘man, if I could’ve done my idea, it would’ve really had people crying and reflecting on their life.’”
“People have got to understand here, this is just hypothetically speaking. If I had an artist who wasn’t cursing, wasn’t fornicating, these are the artists that I would do [music videos for].” He would be hypothetically interested in doing videos for hip-hop artists such as Eminem or Jay-Z, saying, “he [Jay-Z] doesn’t cuss as much as other artists.” For R&B, he would be interested in doing videos for Chris Brown, Usher, or Alicia Keys.
Fans can expect to see Will Thomas videos for artists such as Milliyon, Thi’sl, Flame, and Tony Tillman and Derek Minor of RMG, among others in the future.
