Level Change Music-artist, Ty Brasel, has announced that he is releasing his debut EP titled ‘1994 Until’ on June 24, 2016. The Memphis, Tennessee-based emcee dropped his ‘Cloud 9 Raps’ mixtape in January of 2015. ‘Cloud 9 Raps’ accumulated over 20,000 streams on mainstream hip-hop website Spinrilla.
