“I would love to say I’m an emcee’s emcee… Personally I feel like I’m versatile, like I can do different things. I’m not only an emcee I’m a songwriter. I can do all types of things.”
In a story, a tragic hero is a character meant for greatness, but due to his own pride and faults, he is lead to his demise. “It’s not saying I’m a tragic hero but it basically says we’re all one step away from losing it all. It’s a great reminder for myself to just keep focused on what’s important.”
“Growing up, I would say it was rough. I don’t want to say I hate talking about it but I guess it’s important for some people to hear the story. My father was really abusive towards my mother, towards myself. He was a heavy drinker.” Tragic Hero says that there was constantly conflict and fighting in his home.
He grew up and currently resides in Camden, New Jersey, a city that he says is known for poverty. Tragic Hero was able to go to a private school, but was kicked out in eight grade for fighting. When he was a teenager, he was engaged in stealing, smoking, and drinking, among other things.
