JTH: Wow, we are all very anxious and excited for this album to release. The final question for you guys, individually, or collectively, are there any specific tracks on the album that stick out to you, or you feel have a strong, powerful meaning?

Omit: For me, it’s the title track to be honest. I feel like that’s the one. We always go back and forth after we hear it, and we are like this is the one. For me, I feel like “Killers” kind of stuck out as the one where I’m like pretty excited about it. For whatever reason, I felt like a lot of things happened to us musically. For example, Madik on the hook was on a whole different level, and I feel like that’s the first time he came to that level musically. You all will listen and hear it and see, but he is like blowing like a monster. Also, it’s just like a unique type of approach to a song. I feel like I’m most amped about this track, however, I’m amped about all of it. I just feel like it’s a song a lot of people are going to dig.

Madik: This is a tough one, because I love “Killers,” but I will just say the one that keeps getting me is “Living Superheroes.” When we first made that song, it was actually made from an old song that me and Omit did about 4 years ago. We morphed and changed it, but when we put it together originally, I never thought it was that good. In the last couple months of making this album, I remember going back to it. We re-morphed it and made changes, and it didn’t take long at all. I remember when I was first listening to it, and the message it says, “We arise from the ashes,” I thought that was perfect, because man, we have been through so much. It says, “We arise from the ashes, alive so imagine what we can do, if you only knew.” It was actually giving me chills and made me choke up as I was recording it. That song moved me so much, because I know God swooped in, inspired it so rapidly, and made it into what it was. It still gives me chills sometimes when I hear it, so that’s definitely my song right there.

Illusent: So basically, I am kind of siding with both of them, but I don’t want to go that route, so a song I am super excited about is a song that many people have been able to hear: “Let It Go.” The reason why is because we were at a point where we all were in the studio vibing, and it was one of those moments again, where Madik was on the boards and creating something from absolutely nothing. We walked in the studio with nothing, and just to attest to Madik’s artistry as a producer, me and Omit a couple times were looking at each other like that’s it, this is the one. Madik would go in, add another layer to it, and make it bigger than what it was. We would take the off ramp, and Madik would keep trucking with it. The song is literally about making people happy and being able to smile and have fun. As we said throughout the interview, there have been a lot of ups and a lot of downs. The downs were pretty bad so being able to create a song like that was an awesome joy. This definitely was one of the amazing songs that stood out, but I am probably going to have to side with Madik and say “Living Superheroes” cause it’s my joint right there, but I just had to throw in that nugget about “Let It Go.”
