Recently he has been learning more about and experimenting with ice cream, a food that is usually not eaten at breakfast.

“It’ll be breakfast and lunch, so most people will be coming in, getting something for lunch and if they want something cool, especially during the summer, they could have a little ice cream.”

Due to Brunch By BLISS being the first time that Nico Wells will be able to own his own restaurant, he has received help from mentors familiar to many Christian hip-hop fans. “They show so much support behind the scenes, so much support [and] guidance.” Artists like Flame and Thi’sl have given Nico lots of business advice; they both own their own record labels.
