UPDATE: On November 4, MC Jin said that an album titled Hypocrite will be dropping before 2013 ends. The BET Freestyle Friday Hall Of Famer has given more details about Hypocrite.  It will now be an EP as opposed to a  full-length album and it’ll drop in December. He says a full-length album will come out in 2014.

The last project he released was his Brand New Me EP. He is featured on HeeSun Lee’s new single “I Break Stereotypes;” the music video for it came out on November 12.

One of the many things MC Jin is known for is his seven consecutive (7 weeks in a row) wins on BET’s “Freestyle Friday,” a well-known battle rap contest. After becoming respected by mainstream Hip Hop fans, the emcee singed a major record deal with Ruff Ryders (formerly the home of DMX and The Lox and Eve, among others.).

Since his RR days, the Crazy Love Ridiculous Faith-crafter has gone through a lot of changes. He became famous in  Hong Kong and started releasing faith-based music after his time with Ruff Ryders. In 2009, he released a rap that expressed his faith titled “Welcome To The Light Club,” and ever since then, a change in his content has been apparent. The last project he released was the Brand New Me EP. His last full length album was Crazy Love Ridiculous Faith.

Check out the promo videos for his upcoming Hypocrite singles that drop on November 19.
