@JBLAZE305 & Dasouth Latino Join Forces

Manuel “Jblaze” Garcia, the host of FNFLive, the Urban Latin Christian radio show based in Miami on La Nueva 88.3 FM is partnering with Dasouth.com, one of Christian Hip-Hop’s largest and longest running websites; for the advancement of the Urban Latin Christian movement.

Jblaze is not new to Urban Latin music. He has been spinning faith based Urban Latin Music for over eight years on Miami’s #1 Spanish Christian station, La Nueva 88.3 FM.

He has helped promote some of the biggest names like Funky, Manny Montes, and Redimi2 through his radio shows and other platforms. Garcia has a passion for the movement beyond just music and ministers in the City of Miami on a consistent basis through a bilingual ministry called The Shift. He truely connects with his fellow Hispanics.

Manuel will now be using his experience, relationships and expertise in Urban Latin Christian Music to assist with DaSouth.com’s Latino website. DaSouth.com is one of the biggest Christian Hip-Hop sites on the web. Jblaze says “He believes he can make the Latino version of the site much more vibrant”. Jblaze & https://www.dasouth.com/latino is a partnership that makes sense. Expect Jblaze to bring diverse content that will help DaSouth Latino grow. Stay tuned to see what happens with this collaboration.

About Jblaze

Manuel “J-Blaze” Garcia was born into a musical family, spending most of his time as a youth playing instruments in his local church. Driven by his desire and aspiration to have a career in music, he became a member of “Mindstate,” a rap group that included his cousin and a neighborhood friend. For the next 3 years, he performed and ministered at numerous events. In 2004, after being diagnose with kidney failure, he left the group to begin to focus on his health. However, he was determined not to let the illness dictate his life and kept his dream alive by interning at two gospel radio stations in Miami, WMBM 1490 AM & WMCA 89.7 FM. Fueled by his new love and passion for radio, he decided to study communications: “I believe God wanted me in radio and He did just that.” explains Garcia. With this love for radio, and his friend, DJ Tony Chiva, Garcia created the Friday Night Fuego (FNF) mix-tape radio show and distributed the mix-tape radio show for two years. The response to the mix-tape radio show was tremendous and in early 2006, he received an offer to have his own radio show on La Nueva88.3FM, Miami’s #1 Gospel radio station. Since then, Garcia changed the name of Friday Night Fuego to FNFLive to appeal to a wider audience as well as form the name into a multi-platform brand via internet (FNFLive.com) and television (Fuego TV). Garcia has made a decision to be faithful and diligent to the vision of FNFLive and push the ministry forward. For Garcia and the FNFLive team, ministry is major.
