One of hip-hop’s stars, Hopsin, would like to collaborate with Capitol Records artist NF.
On March 16, Hopsin asked his fans about who they want him to collab with. Hop named a slew of popular artists he would work with including Big Sean, Chance The Rapper, Busta Rhymes, J. Cole, XXXTentacion, Method Man, Jaden Smith, Joey Badass, Fabolous, Die Antwoord, ScHoolboy Q, Bryson Tiller, Missy Elliott, Eminem, and Pharrell Williams. Michigan-bred hip-hop artist, NF, was also on Hopsin’s collab list.
NF, who is known for dope hip-hop music that keeps it real/stays true to his faith, isn’t slowing down. His popularity within Christian and mainstream markets continues to explosively grow. He has over 15 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
NF’s album ‘Perception’ was the number 1 album on the Billboard 200 in October of 2017. The Perception-crafter is gearing up to hit the road with Def Jam Recordings artist Logic for the ‘The Bobby Tarantino Vs Everybody Tour.’ Logic’s ‘Bobby Tarantino II’ mixtape is headed for a number 1 debut on the Billboard 200 chart this week, according to Billboard News. In addition, NF collaborated with well-known hip-hop artist Futuristic.
A Hopsin x NF record will generate a lot of buzz in the hip-hop world. Hopsin and NF both have rabid fan bases. Hopsin’s ‘No Shame’ album was number 14 on the Billboard Rap Albums chart in December of 2017.
Hopsin has expressed in various tracks that he is seeking more knowledge on life and God. The collab sounds interesting. Also, they have mutual respect for each other.
