4. Bryce Petty, QB, Baylor – If you haven’t heard of Bryce Petty yet, you will. He is currently college football’s leader in QB Rating, ahead of such notables as Jameis Winston, Johnny Manziel, and Teddy Bridgewater. While his numbers aren’t as gaudy as some of the other candidates, Petty is still completing over 72% of his throws with 1,348 yards, 10 touchdowns and only 1 interception. Petty is still flying low under the radar right now because of Baylor’s relatively weak schedule thus far, however, if Petty continues to put up big numbers against the tougher Big 12 opponents, then he could sneak into the Heisman race.
