The song “Bulletproof” was “murdered” by its producer Courtney Orlando, according to Mike REAL. Mike says that many people, especially young people, live life with an attitude that they will never die and can do whatever they want. He says youth are being told by those with influence, that they should “live it up” and not think twice about what may result from their actions.

“[Many think that] there are zero consequences for all the things that they do, and they feel like they’re bulletproof. When you flip it and look closer, you realize, ‘Man, that’s not what they said it is.’ Not only that, the only way to be bulletproof is in Christ.” Mike says that the real way to live forever is to be a follower of Christ so we can live with God in heaven when we die.

“We will truly live forever.”

“Amputees” references the scripture where Jesus says that if part of your body causes you to sin, you need to dispose of it. FLAME says that it is important to be humble before God to acknowledge your faults and where you can do better in order to follow Christ more closely.

He says, “Lord, we need your Holy Spirit to persuade our hearts that Christ is better, that there is more joy and satisfaction in obedience and living life the way He’s designed. Embracing [your] sexuality, embracing any type of human function how He designed it, because if you do not, consequences are going to bear down on you both in this life and in the life to come.” FLAME said,

“We wanted to put a stand on being an amputee and show it in a positive light.”
