The U.K. Christian hip-hop scene is taking over the Gospel scene… In general in the U.K., the Christian hip-hop is dominating Gospel, so if you’re going to have a big show, it’ll probably be headlined by a rapper.
Some other London Christian hip-hop artists include Dwayne Tryumf, S.O., A Star, Triple O, and Jahaziel. He says that they have their own sound, which mixes Garage, Grime, and Pop and is also influenced by American Trap, Southern hip-hop, and New York hip-hop styles.
His favorite song of his own is called “I Like It,” his first single ever. It was released in 2008 and later part of his 2009 album Illumination. He still performs it often, saying that it is “such a timeless record.”
Hearing feedback about the impact made by his songs is his favorite part about touring and doing concerts.
