Newark, New Jersey-native Dyrect Lynk recently revealed the information for his forthcoming EP Outskirts Of My Mind. His upcoming EP is dropping on November 19, and it includes a feature by Jay Alvah.

Lynk relocated to South Florida in 2002. He started doing Christian Hip Hop in 2005 after having an encounter with God at age 17.

He had a season where he returned to secular Hip Hop in his senior year of high school and he had minor success on MySpace. In 2008 at age 20, he had another encounter with God and decided to clean his act up permanently.

Dyrect Lynk use to go by the rap name of Tommy-D. When he went by Tommy-D he released a single titled “Let’s Ride” off the original The Lab compilation, featured on Jay Alvah’s Heart Of A Lion 2 (2011) mixtape, and recorded for the song “How We Roll” off Alvah’s debut album Heart Of A Lion 3 (2013). “How We Roll” was the last song he recorded vocals with the rap name Tommy-D. He released his first single as Dyrect Lynk on July 14 of this year, the song was titled “Payout”. He is currently working on his debut album.
