Bio/Notes: Kenneth Porter, Jr. (A.K.A. B.I.G. KEN) is a Gospel Hip hop DJ. Ken has been a Hip-Hop Head since “Beat Street” and “Crush Groove”. A native of Chesapeake, VA, he graduated from Western Branch High School. He later attended Virginia State University to graduate with honors. He received a Masters Degree from Norfolk State University. He now teaches art in Chesapeake, VA. He was raised in the church and later on had a prodigal son experience. He came back to the Lord Jesus Christ after being sick of going to dance clubs, drinking alcohol, and fraternity life. The Lord Jesus Christ spoke to him while in a dance club. Jesus Christ told him to go and follow him. Most of Ken’s mixes are thematic in nature. They address doctrines of the faith such as Salvation, The Trinity, etc. |
