Corey Paul first thought of the album’s theme was understand the importance of executing your plans. “If you have an okay plan, and you execute it, and I have the best plan in the world, and never execute it, your plan is going to beat mine every day.”
He thinks people should think about what they can do in the present to pursue their passions and live a good life.
“The motivation behind that execution is knowing that what we do right now effects that ‘Oh, I’ll do it tomorrow.’ Well, tomorrow is right now, so lets be focused about getting stuff done.”
“Real Live Forever” is a song from Today, Tomorrow, Forever trying to encourage people about the worth of what is real. “Whatever makes the money, whoever can get the most follows or likes or the most popularity, that’s what everybody wants.” He hopes that what is real and important will live forever and what is fake and vanity will be exposed.
Corey Paul thinks that his musical style and sound is very unique.
“My music isn’t as easy to the listener as maybe some other music is… Who the Lord has created me [to be], what He wants me to say to people and how He wants me to day it is how I’m gonna do that.”
