Christon Gray & Swoope Speak On The Tour

“I’m prepped,” Christon Gray said.

“I’m excited to get out, be with some good people, learn some new things, see some new faces, and really just get a read on how to perceive this year musically. A lot of times you learn that stuff during live performances when you get to meet people, just interactions with artists and people that you respect. Ten days away from my family is never a desirable thing. Sure Swoope will say the same, but I think we are going to make the best of it and use it towards growth.”

“I’m excited man,” Swoope said.

“I enjoy being in front of people, not from a celebrity standpoint, but like Chris said, I just like being around people, and I love music, so if I can join the two worlds, which happens on the stage, than it’s the best of both worlds. I think my favorite portion of touring is afterwards getting able to hear ‘Hey man, your music really encouraged me or got me through this or started a conversation on this.’ So hitting the road is really good for that. You only get a certain amount of that via social media, because social media, while we are all there together, it is very impersonal. Being able to shake somebodies hand, give them a hug, and talk to them about the music and what they are going through in life is really pumped. I’m pumped to be around the people and give them some good music.”
