Bizzle speaks on new album ‘Surrender’ and more

The phrase most commonly associated with Bizzle is God Over Money and the idea has been very prevalent in his life. “The world says everyone as a price and what we say when we put God over money is ‘I don’t have a price. I can’t be paid to sin. There is no amount of money that you can give me to begin to work against God.’” Before he came to Christ, he did not put God over money, but now it is a very important part of his mentality.

“My number one goal in life in music and outside of music is to please the Lord, to be faithful to the Lord, so before I write, before I record, before I release the album, I am praying. Praying over my music, praying through the whole process. I don’t want to put a hot record out that God ain’t in.”
