Bizzle started rapping at the early age of eight years old. He had an uncle and older cousin who rapped when he was young. “I used to be always in the room with my uncle while he wrote [lyrics].” He tried to write lyrics and freestyle along with his uncle when they were together. His uncle took him to an underground hip-hop club in Los Angeles.
“On Thursdays I would beg my mom if I could go, sometimes she would let us go so I would get to see him perform I would get to see people battle and all of this stuff while I was in middle school, so that really got me in the culture.”
Bizzle recorded his first song at age fourteen and when he was in high school he said he would battle rap with people at lunch. He was known as the best battle rapper in his school. He would like people to be able to hear his music from back then to get the full picture of where he came from, but is hesitant to share it with people due to the vulgarity and harmful lyrics.
