Anthony Hale came to faith after beating brain cancer at 22 years old. After a long process of going back to his previous life of sin, and then searching for truth, while post-cancer Anthony realized that nothing could truly fulfill him except Jesus. He released his debut album “The Beacon” on the first of this year, and through it tells his story of fighting for his life, finding Jesus, and the continuous light Christ is to him (his “beacon”).
“Hospital Gowns” features Kara Johnson and is the third video released from “The Beacon”. Director Dyllyn Greenwood depicts the eeriness of Anthony’s battle with cancer while Anthony raps atop hospital beds in the mask he wore while receiving radiation treatment. A group of dancers donning hospital gowns and half masks round out the video perfectly with a choreographed number wicked enough to give “Thriller” a run for its money.
