On January 28, Andy Mineo released his Billboard-charting project Never Land and it made an impact on the industry. The Washington Heights-based emcee has been featured on major media outlets like MTV, BET, The Source, XXL, and HipHopDX, among others, for releasing quality music via his latest EP.

Andy Mineo is planning on following up his recent success with a new album and a headlining tour in 2015

There’s a lot going on with me both in my personal life (he and his girlfriend recently got engaged) and in my music career,” says Andy Mineo in an interview with HipHopWired.com.  “In the next year, what you should see is a big tour.  We’re co-headlining a tour and also working on my headlining tour for 2015.  On top of that, a new album, Lord willing, is going to drop sometime January 2015.  In between, I’m working on new music already, working on music videos, lots of traveling, and lots of playing out all part of the country.

Mineo has recently headlined shows at venues like SOB’s NYC (BET Music Matters), Santos Party House (Destination Never Land) and more.  It will be interesting to see what spots he performs at for his upcoming tour.

Andy recently posted an Instagram video of him and Black Knight working on new music in the studio.  The Reach Records lyricist says he is crafting his sophomore retail album.
