In July, Chicago-born emcee Viktory revealed that he would be releasing an album titled R4 Vol.2: Open Letter To The Fallen, a project that will deal with sin. The first volume of R4 was an iTunes charting record (#11 Hip Hop/Rap) that featured heavyweight emcees like Andy Mineo, Canton Jones, Jin, and Sho Baraka, among others.
R4 Vol.1 has a slew of noteworthy producers and features. R4 Vol.2: Open Letter To The Fallen will follow the formula of involving multiple well-known artists and producers.
The Stellar-nominated (Birth Of A Legacy: Vol.1) lyricist said “I want to expose new artists and make magic with some vets.”
According to Twitter, Grammy nominated rapper Da T.R.U.T.H. is a confirmed feature. We may see SPEC, Martymar of Social CLub, SPZRKT, T-Haddy, Rey King and Canton Jones on the final track list, these are possibilities based on recent social media interactions. Viktory is giving up and coming artists a chance to shine as well, the featured emcee contest will go down for the R4 Vol.2: Open Letter To The Fallen album.
There is a lot of excitement surrounding Viktory’s forthcoming LP. Much of the buzz comes from the R4 crafter revealing producers who got placements on R4 Vol.2: Open Letter To The Fallen.
Skrip, D-Flow, Marv4MoBeats, Tyshane, Wit, GROC, Black Knight and Geeda Baby are all going to have credits on R4 Vol.2: Open Letter To The Fallen.
