For the past few years, there has been a very strong representation of Christian Hip Hop at the South By Southwest Music Festival (https://www.sxsw.com). We’ve seen amazing showcases presented by DaSouth.com and last year, Reach Records had their own showcase as well. It is very clear that urban music from the Kingdom’s perspective is gaining momentum each year at this renowned music event. This year, a cord will be struck that reverberates even stronger than ever before.

The King’s Circle, LLC of Austin, Texas, in conjunction with Warriors Call Productions, is proud to announce The Kingdom Experience at SXSW, the official Urban Gospel/Christian Hip Hop showcase held during SXSW in Austin, Texas, The Live Music Capital of the World.
The showcase events will be held from Thursday, March 14th through Saturday, March 16th. The Thursday and Friday evening events on the 14th and 15th will consist of two power-packed concerts.  The Saturday event on the 16th will consist of panel discussions and several live performances.

“What stands out about this showcase is that no one can claim it as their own showcase,” said Ahmad J. Bell, the CEO of The King’s Circle. “No record label, no website, no religious organization, etc. can claim this event as theirs, but rather it’s The Kingdom of God’s showcase.  We all have a role to play in making the event what He desires for it to be.”

“This is our opportunity to shine as lights in the darkness,” said Damon O’Brien, the COO of the King’s Circle. “If we are busy about making this showcase a platform for Christ to be exalted, then we know one thing… He’s going to draw men to Himself.  We ask that all those involved come with a heart to see Christ elevated through their gift.  And come to celebrate God’s goodness!”
