He has Christian hip-hop talking. Kanye called ‘TLOP’ a “Gospel” album, though there are various opinions on that claim. Ye uses profanity and paints ungodly images at different points in the project [We don’t recommend you listen to it if you’re looking for Christian music].
Profanity aside, it seems Kanye’s worldview has shifted or is shifting. West even said that the ‘The Life Of Pablo’ means ‘The Life Of Paul.’ The Apostle Paul. Crazy right? This is deep, when I first saw the pic of Kirk Frank in the studio with Kanye & a few others, I was a bit surprised. Looking at Kanye’s post & KF’s post on social media, I’m now able to put things in better perspective. It seems to me that Kanye is in a spiritual battle & he’s crying out for help, I mean why else would he want KF to feature in this song praying for him, “IN PUBLIC”. WOW, it also makes me think about Whitney Houston reaching out to Gospel Artist Kim Burrell. The secular music industry is no joke folks, we definitely need to pray for Kanye & KF. May YESHUA (JESUS) be glorified, please save Kanye Father God through your son YESHUA. Amen!
When we should be praying for one another, and building one another up, as Paul taught, we are instead being “holier than thou”, with bigger beams in our eyes than we care to look at. When we are accusing, we are not representing our Savior, who is gentle, kind and LONG-SUFFERING. The enemy is who we look like, because he is the great accuser.
Do we really forget how long it has taken us to get where we are in our walk? All of the wrong detours and pitfalls? How we still fall at times, in the ways we may think are small,so they don’t count? But they do. None of us are perfect and never will be, until our King returns. Until then, love like Jesus. Forgive like Him, care like Him…remember when He prayed for us when He was here on earth? He still does..so, pray like Him….and judge like He commanded…with righteous judgment. We are the Body of Christ….we are to LIVE moment by moment ABIDING IN HIM. Get in the Word and stay in the Word, that it may encourage us, teach us, humble us and grow us.
