Minneapolis, MN – January 22, 2016 – While most young people are content hanging out with friends at the mall, K-Jay is dedicated to handling his business of delivering powerful messages to the world. This is the goal of his latest project @ListenToKJay. With guidance from his father, XROSS (pronounced cross) – a GRAMMY & Stellar nominated pioneer of Christian hip hop – K-Jay is set to make his national debut.
Along with fan building and creating a major buzz within the CHH community, K-Jay shoots for the heart with this free release of his 13 track original mixtape entitled @ListenToKJay. “For [the audience] to reflect on their personal lives and allow them to rethink some things, I think that’s dope […] When you can start rethinking some things, that means you’re being honest, and honesty takes you a long way.”

K-Jay is a native of Minneapolis, MN and grew up in a Christian Hip Hop household and made his performance debut at age 9, in front of a packed house. Now at the tender age of 21 he is already a well-known force in Christian Hip Hop and in high demand. This clean cut young man has showcased his musical talents in open air christian concerts across America such as Sonshine Festival, Spirit Fest Midwest, LifeLight Festival and many more.
