Shepherd, a 17-year-old hip-hop artist from Hollywood, Florida, just wants to see his city change.

“Lighting Up The City” is the first single off his upcoming mixtape. The single expresses the need and desire to see a city full of believers be the light in the dark place, both verbally and with our actions.

Shepherd teamed up with Collision Records-emcee Dre Murray and Texas producer A.G. to deliver the message, plus add a little turn-up with the track.
