Since the formation of The St. Louis based Pure Music Group this summer, the staff and ministry members at Pure Productions/Pure Music Group have been very busy! After some notable signings of Christian Rock Band Saltbox and CHH up-and-comer SCOODA, the label is ready to make its mark on the Christian Music industry with its first release.
HELLO GOODBYE is the newest release from PMG’s most notable artist, Point5 (www.Point5.org), and is meant to show the world that Pure Music Group is here to stay. Point5 is a St. Louis native, who has toured with many Christian Rock Bands, and made a name for himself by incorporating a very effective spoken ministry into his live performance. Point5 was, less than a month ago, selected for “unsigned tour 2012” which has featured Major recording artists Drake, Adele, and Coldplay in previous years! This album, HELLO GOODBYE is according to Point5 (aka Terrance Alfaro), his “best work yet… a transparent glimpse into the unspoken struggles of everyday Christians.” HELLO GOODBYE brings to light the concept that many believers go back and forth between their commitment to God, and there worldly indulgences. Point5 makes a clear statement that the back and forth is over, and confesses that there is no time like now to say Goodbye to the things of the world and reintroduce ourselves to a commited relationship with Christ.
