New Orleans, Louisiana-based emcee, Dee-1, is set to drop his EP 3’s Up on February 17, 2015. The 3 in the title of the project stands for Dee-1’s motto (Be Real. Be Righteous. Be Relevant). 3’s Up will be released via RCA Records.
