Collision Records artists, Alex Faith and Dre Murray, have announced that they are releasing a collaborative project titled Southern Lights EP: Overexposed. Faith revealed the news via Jam The Hype’s live stream with Chris Chicago at Flavor Fest 2014. Some saw the news via an advertisement on the second page of S.O.U.LMAG Issue #25, which was given out to registrants at Flavor Fest 2014. Southern Lights EP: Overexposed will drop before the year’s end.

“Cheese Beats [Tha Kracken] is executive producing the project with [Wit] A&Ring it,” says the ATLast-emcee to Chris Chicago. “We are about to finish up the project. Wit is oversight. His contribution to Collision Records is invaluable.”

Alex Faith’s 2013 solo album, ATLastcharted at #16 Rap Albums, #4 Gospel Albums, #12 Christian Albums, #27 Independent Albums, and #193 Billboard 200 on the Billboard charts.

Dre Murray’s 2013 solo album, Gold Rush: Maybe One Day, charted at #15 Rap Albums, #6 Gospel Albums, #8 Christian Albums, #38 Independent Albums, and #189 Billboard 200 on the Billboard charts.
