With heavy beat-thumping production from Atlanta producer, Go Grizzly (credits include Future, August Alsina, Young Dro, etc.), Gsep Music sprinkles positivity in Hip-Hop by encouraging listeners to keep striving and to passionately pursue their purpose in his new single “Ambition.”
As a new-comer to Christian Hip-Hop, Gsep (short for his family-given nickname Giuseppe) Music hopes to use his testimony to encourage, uplift, and to motivate listeners to fulfill their dreams. Gsep Music gave his life to Christ during his senior year of high school in March 2009. After high school, Gsep Music moved to Miami, FL to attend Barry University and fell into drinking, drugs, partying and and living a toxic lifestyle. When visiting his hometown Bethlehem, PA over winter break, Gsep Music dropped into his former youth group. God spoke to his heart, convicted him, and changed him that night. This caused Gsep Music to cancel his plan to commit suicide upon returning to Miami.
“Everyone has a purpose in life, and we all encounter obstacles to our purpose,” Gsep Music said. “Ambition is a hype track that will get people on their feet, but it’s also a part of my personal testimony. I was the music artist that people said I was wasting my time and would never be successful in music. But by staying focused on my mission to bring hope to this world, and positivity to Hip-Hop, I’ve been able to impact lives.”
“Ambition” is Gsep Music’s debut single from his forthcoming album entitled Law of Attraction.
“Every day is a gift. After dealing with drug addiction and suicide, I’m a witness that waking up that next day is a chance to make things better than the day before. All you’ve got to do is keep your ambition,” -Gsep Music
