Houston rapper Phyre has released his newest single entitled “Gun Smoke”. The single features fellow Houston rapper Corey Paul on the second verse.
“Gun Smoke” takes the listener through the story of a man living the street life and the consequences that may arise from that lifestyle. On the second verse, Corey Paul (of Frontline Movement) lends his rhyming skills and lays out a verse depicting a part of his own past. Along with taking the listener through a quick trip through their background, both emcees explain the route they have chosen to take after leaving the street life behind. “Gun Smoke” is produced by Houston producer Sketch, who is also a member of Phyres’ group, “World Rejects”.
