Kirk Russell Jr.Born in Jacksonville, FL on February 19, 1980, Kirk learned early to appreciate new beginnings. Being apart of a family who was never afraid to try new locations, Kirk spent his childhood being raised in Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA, and various parts of Florida
Kirk, the son of a Pastor was exposed to music at an early age. His father introduced him to the Winans, Take 6, Commissioned, Andrea Crouch, and so many others. His musical influences now include the Winans, Kim Burrell, J Moss, John Legend, Carl Thomas, Hillsong, Toby Mac and the list goes on. Kirk, along with two other young men, has had the privilege of being able to travel to Memphis, Las Vegas, St. Louis, and many other exciting cities with their group “Ordained”. “I have always been in groups since high school. So, standing on my own is extremely exciting.”-Kirk.
Kirk is the husband of a loving and supportive wife, Antrecia Russell. “Marriage caused me to mature in God. She is the best thing that ever happened to me”-Kirk.
