“…Calling it the new Black, Tell me where they do That/. They hung us like tree ornaments, where were u At/. They burned us for entertainment, you go through That/. Mom’s raped in front of their kids, while they shoot Dad/…..So quit comparing the 2, it aint the same fight/. You can play straight, we can never play white/”.
This strikes straight at the heart of man’s sin, specifically the sin of homosexuality. For those who want to call this hate, its not, because Bizzle is simply agreeing with God’s Word by calling Sin Sin. We all Sin, as he mentioned in this song. Even spoke about God’s Love to save us, that we might be Born Again.
Its not popular, but God’s is not looking for Christian Artists that want to be popular. He’s looking for Christian Artists to be righteous, as He is. Proclaim the TRUTH, rather they Love it or Hate it, Truth is most will hate it. But Romans 1:16 says “I’m not ashamed of THE GOSPEL, for it is the power of God unto Salvation.” The Gospel not my lyrics, video’s or song’s that are accepted by the world. It’s Time to be different & be bold, for the Glory of YESHUA OUR MESSIAH.
I pray that more Gospel Rappers would speak out & write song’s, letters, etc. To reach these secular artists and even bigger than that, their fan base. Let’sGetEm’
Yes, so glad there are some gospel rappers taking/making a stand for Christ. Would that we all who proclaim to be on the Lord’s side “resist the devil” and stand for God no matter what. Pray God’s protection..no weapon formed against Bizzle shall prosper, AMEN!
Bizzle took a bold move and theres alot of hate going at him now, when all he was really trin to show was love through that song to our gay brothers and sister. lots of luv to Bizzle with all the hate u attract we still rooting 4 Bizzle
I love it, UNASHAMED. Bizzle went in, as always, praise God. We definitely need to stand & make a statement.
