Check out the full line-up below.
Promise (@iPROMISEMUSIC)
Promise’s debut project Awakening has noteworthy features by artists like J.Ivy (Def Poetry), Tony Williams (G.O.O.D Music), and Def Jam songstress Jhené Aiko. Promise has flowed over production by 9th Wonder’s SoulCouncil frontman E.Jones, and Lord Quest (Schoolboy Q, Asher Roth), among others. He is gearing up to perform at events like SXSW, Coachella, A3C, CMJ and Japan’s YumeFest in 2014.
I don’t know all these guys except for TJ Pompeo but I hope these artists are as good as Da T.R.U.T.H.
Promise is dope…an artist from Canada yes, Prayz 1 is dope too, I thought he might even get T-wyse to join up too. I don’t know Pompeo or TC but so far Prayz 1 and Promise seem like good pick ups. I just hope the music used in dope for all the artists.
Promise has been doing his thing for over 11 years. He has 3 studio albums plus he’s done mixtapes and features. He was on Bumps INF’s album in 2012 also he’s worked with Sean Slaughter, Manafest, Soul P, Mark J, Tonex (before B Slade), Montel Williams, Royce Da 5’9, Smif n Wessun, Drake, Jhene Akio and others. You can check for his music on YouTube also his website and iTunes.
Promise has a song with Jhené Aiko, That’s interesting. Da’ T.R.U.T.H. might be taking Lecrae’s approach to infiltrating the mainstream.
Lecrae’s new approach to infiltrate the mainstream started in 2012. Promise has been doing that for probably about 7 or 8 years now. Although not with alot of popular artists.
Solidmemory True but Da’ T.R.U.T.H. hasn’t taken that approach. I’m implying that maybe Da’ T.R.U.T.H. will take that route as well being he signed an artists has already been doing it. If he signed him then he co-signs him….ya feel me?
Gotcha 🙂
