After being on Miami’s top Spanish FM radio station La Nueva 88.3 FM (WGNK) for over a decade, FNFLive will no longer have its Friday night slot due to La Nueva’s decision to go in a different direction with their programming. This is the end of something truly special. The bi-lingual urban show played every Friday night in the city of Miami.

Jblaze has been on La Nueva 88.3 FM since 2002 and wants to make the last show something to remember. December 27 at 10:00 PM EST will be his last program on La Nueva, and it will be called #TYFNF. The finale will include many of the artists who have been a part of the show.

“After almost 12 years, it’s that time. It’s truly hard to say good bye because I’ve always understood that there is still that one artist who hasn’t been discovered.” said Jblaze in regards to the show leaving La Nueva 88.3 FM

The founder of FNFLive, Manuel “@Jblaze305” Garcia, has been one of Christian Hip Hop’s most consistent supporters of the South Florida and Urban Latino sound. Garcia is well known for his support of the actual person behind the music as well. His impact on artists spiritually is something that you might miss if all you do is listen to the shows and go to Jblaze hosted events. Artists like Rey King, Rhema Soul, Leslie Grace, Cheno Lyfe, Anthony Rose, Bless’ED, Lojik, Probably Pablo, Authentik, L.O.S, Social Club (F.E.R.N. & Martymar) and more did some of their first interviews on FNFLive, if not their actual first. When the Christian Hip Hop genre was skeptical of artists trying to do things outside the box, Jblaze played those who didn’t always fit in. Some of Christian Hip Hop’s most criticized artists were the ones that Jblaze embraced and helped grow.

Manuel has interviewed heavy hitters in the Spanish and English markets like Funky, Redimi2, Manny Montes, Andy Mineo, Sho Baraka, Tye Tribbett, Derek Minor, Trip Lee, Mali Music, Toby Mac and more.

2013 has been an amazing year for the Miami, Florida-based radio personality. In 2013 he got the greatest gift of his life, the birth of his son Josiah. He also received a kidney from his sister Brenda Colon, a woman of God who gave her brother life. 2013 was a year of life for Manuel “JBLAZE305” Garcia and he is excited about what God has for his him Post-FNFLive on La Nueva.

Jblaze has not decided what the future of FNFLive will be. At this moment, he is focused on his family and other passions that don’t involve radio. He will give his followers updates on what’s next in the near future.
