Rey King, the artist who brought you TLHD (The Love Hate Demos) in September of 2013, is not planning on losing momentum. He recently announced that he is working on two mixtapes, Black Friday Vol.2 and Vol.3. The forthcoming projects will serve as the follow-up to his debut mixtape Black Friday Vol.1, which came out in 2009.

In other news related to Rey King, the producer can now say he has credits on a Grammy-nominated album. He co-produced and co-wrote records for Leslie Grace’s self-titled album, which is up for “Best Contemporary Tropical Album” at the 14th Annual Latin Grammy Awards (2013). The Latin Grammy Awards will air live from Las Vegas November 21 on Univision Network at 8pm EST.

King, along with Nathan Langford, worked on the mixing and mastering for Rhema Soul and Gawvi’s latest album Dope Beats, Good News 2, a project that is currently among the top records on mainstream Hip Hop charts.

We will give you the release date, tracklist, and cover art for the upcoming Black Friday tapes when revealed.
