Kendrick Lamar:
WHY IT MIGHT HAPPEN:
To begin, Kendrick made an appearance in Lecrae’s Church Clothes music video. In a XXL interview Lecrae talks about rocking with the TDE (a collective Lamar is a part of) crew so a Kendrick Lamar and Lecrae collab could happen. Crae has talked highly of Kendrick’s artistry on different occasions. Lamar’s album Good Kid, M.A.A.D City had spiritual themes within it so faith seems to be a topic of importance to him. We pray that Lecrae’s influence is being used to lead many of Hip Hop’s movers and shakers closer to God.
